Hi, I’m Tara Woodworth, the owner and visionary behind Refined Aesthetics Ltd in New Bern, NC. I’m a licensed cosmetologist, certified esthetician, and the first certified Master HydraFacialist in NC. I’m also a member of the Society of a Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, with hundreds of hours of education & training.
